We grow up and are told that success comes from...
Years of education
Daily amount of working hours
Getting in debt for a house, car, education
Working for a big, well-known company
Or slaving to your own business
I don’t know about you, but as I grow, I call all of that BS.
Success to me means doing what you love with your time.
Having the freedom to be flexible and take time off when needed.
Working on yourself & rewarding yourself every damn day. Listening and feeding your SOUL.
Not being a slave to big debt and having financial freedom.
Spending time with your loved ones doing all or nothing.
More random adventures, more snuggles, more exploring, lazy mornings, less stressing out the little things.
As I grow, I realize that being successful is doing things YOUR way. Not the way society tells you.
Because life goes by quick, and you better spend your time doing what sparks YOU joy. Not what you are supposed to be doing just because society has ruled that successful.
And remember, more education doesn’t translate to a better job. But better time management, work ethics, and self-work for constant growth does.
More income doesn't mean shit if it all goes to pay debt or if you have no free time to enjoy it.
As I grow, I revaluate what I thought I wanted and I focus on what I truly crave and brings me happiness, and I keep shaping the direction where my life is going.
So today I encourage you to think and evaluate too:
What makes you happy?
What do you need more of?
Are you feeding your soul?
Are you using your time wisely?
Seriously, there’s no time to waste.
Shift today if you need to.
It's never too late ✨
