Infant massage is a way to gently nurture and spend time with your baby. Ideal to include as part of your daily night routine.
But there are also tons of benefits to it like better sleep, reduces fussiness, aids in digestion, boosts circulation & the immune system.
I love to start when they are 2-3 weeks and the witching hours begin, and continue throughout during the first few months since it's super helpful to reduce fussiness and gas.
Later on, I also find it very helpful through solid introduction, since it helps with constipation and digestion.
And even with my wild toddler, infant massage is beneficial to help her calm down and get ready for bed time!
