My rules:
I try to offer as much variety as possible
I try to always incorporate some sort of fruit, carb, veggie, healthy fat and
I try to focus on Whole Foods mainly with a sprinkle of fun/exciting element
I try to do cold foods and foods that hold up well so they don’t get soggy
I don’t plan ahead, do a grocery run each week and always use what I have handy
I repeat ingredients but do totally different combos & even present them differently so they don’t get bored
