Aiming for a minimum 30min would be great, but any amount is helpful.
How I typically get my steps in? I start the day with 1h treadmill at incline walk (9 incline at 2.5 pace). That gives me around 7k steps. I try to make it to 10k minimum per day with the rest of the work days going for walks with the kids after dinner, park, life and such.
